June 2023 Newsletter
To all the Michelangelo International Community,
Well, we did it! I hope that you receive this newsletter in good health, as we gradually ease into the summer holiday period. Students, staff, and parents will appreciate the break and enjoy the timely opportunity to relax, reflect on the school year and think ahead to the next one.
What a wonderful year this has been. It has been so nice to be able to plan field trips and organize school activities without the restrictions of COVID. The school year has really flown by. Your children have worked hard, played hard, and grown by leaps and bounds.
As an IB International School, we pride ourselves on teaching our students to appreciate each other regardless of our differences. As a school community, we have grown so much, and we will continue to develop. We wish to thank all the parents for their continued support and contributions along the way.
Thank you for placing your trust in us to look after and educate your children. Finally, thank you to the children for all their efforts and for making this such a wonderful school. I hope that our children keep themselves and their brains active over the holiday period. Education is a precious thing! We would like to encourage our students to continue to learn as much as they can to brighten their lives and the lives of those around them.
Our final note to our Michelangelo Family,
We would like to thank you for all your support and for collaborating with us for the benefit of the children. On behalf of the administration and all the staff members at Michelangelo International, we wish you a safe and enjoyable summer. We hope that you take time to relax and recharge but most importantly have fun and make wonderful memories with family and friends. Although, you may be happy that there is no more school for the summer, we do encourage you to read, in English and French, throughout the summer. Congratulations to our graduates! We will see you all on the first day of school, August 30 th, 2023.
